General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to health care magic.

1.The findings suggest there is an inflammatory reaction in the joints of the leg and feet.
2.The changes are probably after a trauma / injury.
3.There is collection noted in the joints which is inflammatory collection.
4.The treatment in this case include antibiotic course with symptomatic therapy with immobility for some time.
5.An x-ray to rule out any fractures as they are not seen well in the MRI.
6.If any obvious cause known for the findings - first treat the source ( like infectious cause). Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
